RETURN POLICY

Our team at www.mydreambikini.com wants our customers to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience, therefore, our team is responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a quality purchase.

As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all your expectations, so we offer you service returns and refunds that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us. All returns are handled by email, by sending inquiries to contact@mydreambikini.com. Unfortunately we do not have a phone support at this time. Email inquiries typically get resolved in 4 - 8 hours, so please be patient someone will be getting back to you shortly.

Our customers have the right to return the product within 21 natural days. This term will expire on the 21 natural days of the day the product has been received by the customer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER

  1. In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable)
  2. Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
  3. The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)

Customer have the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available customer will be refunded by an Store Credit.

****Photographic evidence must be shown as proof of defect. Please photograph and provide several images and garment issue. Our team will further be able to direct you once those images are received. 

PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT THE EXPECTATIONS:

  1. The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements.
  2. Customer simply wants a change for another product or return it.
  3. Patterns have some variations according with the picture.
  4. Color is slightly different from the picture.
  5. Material quality is not exactly what customer wants.
  6. Unfortunately due to hygiene concerns we cannot accept returns on swimwear, intimates, stockings, bodysuits, hair accessories, hats, cosmetic/beauty products.

Instances 1-6 above warrant a further review. During the review process our team will carefully look over the issue presented and will quickly respond with either a partial refund or a denial of claim. Please allow 24-48 hours for the review to be processed and our staff will quickly get back to you. 

CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:

  1. No refund requests will be accepted by email, chats or any other method.
  2. No refund requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  4. Refund can take between 12 to 20 days to be reflected on your statement
  5. We'll refund only to the same payment as the original payment method.
  6. Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
  7. Products that were on SALE collections or purchased by a special promotion as a coupon code are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  8. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.

CANCELLATION

Please check size and color of the item before placing the order carefully. Contact our support team in 12-24 hours after order was placed and we will gladly switch the size or a color of the item you ordered. Unfortunately, we can't cancel any orders after they have been shipped out due to strict policies of our suppliers.  

SIZING 

Mydreambikini products are true to size depending on brand and label. Not sure if you are between sizes? Always opt for a size up just in case!
